‘BCWW 2024’, Broadcast Worldwide 2024 is recruiting participating companies.
As we provide free space, we anticipate a higher application rate than before, leading to early closure.
Therefore, early registration is recommended for interested companies.

  * Depending on the current application status, early closure of applications before the deadline may occur.
• ㅇ (Target Participants) Domestic and international companies interested in exporting broadcast content planning, production, and distribution
• ㅇ (Recruitment scale) Approx. 350 booths in total (1 booth = 3m × 3m)
  • - Basic Package : Up to 2 booths per company *Only available for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (Submission of SME Certificate required)
  • - Raw Space : Up to 24 booths per company *Booth placement will consider booth size and installation designs

  • - Companies should apply for booth sizes that can accommodate their operational staff and meeting schedules
    * Companies with low booth utilization may be restricted from participating in this event or similar events in the following year
  • - The size of booths allocated to each company may be adjusted based on recruitment results and number of applications received
  • - Foreign companies can only apply for Raw Space (Costs for installation/construction and rental of items, excluding rent fees are at the company’s expense)
  • - In case of participation cancellation, participation in the event in the following year, including overseas markets and other similar events may be restricted, so we ask for your careful consideration in applying.

□ How to apply for participation

1. ① Check the ‘Recruitment for Participating Companies’ notice on the BCWW website
2. ② Download the application form → Fill in the company information, and upload the *attachments. Then click [Submit]
3. ③ Confirmation email for participation application will be automatically sent via email
   * Attachments : ①Exhibition Participation Application Form ②Business Registration Certificate ③Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Confirmation Certificate (only applicable for companies applying for basic package)
   * BCWW website (bcww.kr) membership registration and login are required for participation application
   * Domestic and international participant and buyer information will be collected according to the agreement process during membership registration, which will be linked with WelCon (Content Export Marketing Platform)
