BCWW 2026 Exhibitor Recruitment Notice

Applications are now open for companies wishing to exhibit at the 2026 Broadcast Worldwide (BCWW) global content market.
Early registration is recommended as exhibition is provided free of charge, and spots are expected to fill up quickly.

□ Application Period & Details

• ㅇ (Application Period) June 1 (Mon), 2026, 15:00 – June 19 (Fri), 2026, 18:00 (KST)
  *Please note: Applications may close earlier than the deadline if spaces are filled.
• ㅇ (Eligibility) Domestic and international companies engaged in the planning, production, and distribution of broadcasting and video content, seeking to expand exports.
• ㅇ (Number of Booths Available) Approximately 280 booths (1 booth = 3m x 3m)
• ㅇ (Booth Types & Limits)
  • - Raw Space: Up to 15 booths per company (Booth allocation is determined based on size and installation plans)
• ㅇ (Important Notes)
  • - Submissions cannot be modified after the application form is submitted. Incomplete or insincere applications may result in exclusion or cancellation of participation.
  • - Approval of the application will be finalized after reviewing the submitted application form.
  • - Companies should apply for booth sizes that can realistically accommodate their operational staff and meeting schedules. Companies with low booth utilization may be restricted from participating in the following year's event or other similar events.
  • - The size of booths allocated to each company may be adjusted based on recruitment results and the number of applications received.
  • - For Raw Space, costs for installation / construction and rental of items, excluding rent fees, are at the company's expense. Foreign companies can only apply for Raw Space.
  • - In case of participation cancellation, participation in the event in the following year, including overseas markets and other similar events, may be restricted, so please apply carefully.
